Job Summary

We are looking for a Refrigeration and Air-Conditioning Teacher to provide classroom and workshop instruction in RAC installation, servicing, and troubleshooting. The role emphasizes hands-on practice, safety, and green technology applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Teach installation and maintenance of refrigeration and AC systems (window, split, packaged, central).
  • Train students in refrigerant handling, leak testing, tubing/piping fabrication.
  • Demonstrate use of RAC tools (manifold gauges, vacuum pumps, multimeters).
  • Apply eco-friendly practices and energy-efficient solutions.
  • Prepare competency-based lessons, demo sessions, and assessments.
  • Maintain safe practices (OSH standards, RA 6969, Clean Air Act, PPE).

Qualifications

  • At least 2–3 years relevant RAC industry experience.
  • Graduate of Industrial Technology, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or RAC course.
  • Strong technical, teaching, and mentoring skills.
  • Willing to work on-site in Pasig.

Preferred

  • Prior teaching/training experience.
  • Familiarity with ASHRAE, ISO, IEC standards.
  • Continuous professional development in RAC.
