Wyta is hiring a Website Traffic Growth, Video Creator, and Webmaster Specialist responsible for managing the Wyta website ), producing daily luxury travel videos, and driving consistent website traffic through organic publishing. This role combines technical website management, creative video editing, luxury content storytelling, and aggressive multi channel distribution.

The ideal candidate understands the luxury travel space, knows how to craft visually compelling content, and can manage a consistent daily publishing workflow designed to bring thousands of daily visitors to the Wyta website.

This position is long term, with structured salary increases tied to performance and mastery of Wyta's brand tone and luxury standards.


Key Responsibilities
Daily Video Creation


• Produce one luxury travel video per day using Wyta footage, photos, and scripts

• Edit vertical and horizontal formats for YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and Pinterest

• Use strong luxury pacing, hooks, captions, and music selection

• Maintain Wyta's visual identity, tone, and aesthetic

• Prepare optimized versions for Reels, Shorts, TikTok, and web stories

• Create thumbnails and cover frames that match high end travel branding

Website and Webmaster Duties


• Manage updates to the Wyta website through WordPress or current CMS

• Upload blogs, landing pages, packages, and visual content

• Maintain clean site structure, accurate links, and smooth user flow

• Ensure fast loading, proper tracking, and consistent branding

• Troubleshoot basic issues and coordinate with developers when needed

Luxury Travel Content Management


• Write or refine short form descriptions, captions, and package sections

• Understand luxury destinations, wellness retreats, villas, and high end experiences

• Select visuals that appeal to affluent travelers

• Maintain organized content libraries for fast production

• Keep all content aligned with Wyta's luxury tone

Organic Website Traffic Growth


• Publish 30 Pinterest pins daily

• Publish 10 Google Web Stories per day

• Post 10 Reels daily across Facebook and Instagram

• Share content in luxury travel groups to generate clicks

• Track daily website sessions, outbound clicks, impressions, and conversions

• Analyze performance and scale what drives the most traffic

• Maintain a consistent daily report

• Create high converting pins linked to Wyta pages

• Build keyword optimized boards

• Maintain volume and quality standards

Google Web Stories


• Turn daily videos into Web Stories

• Link to specific Wyta landing pages

• Optimize for Google Discover traffic

Facebook and Instagram


• Publish daily Reels and visual stories

• Repurpose long videos into short clips

• Share content with luxury travel communities

YouTube and Shorts


• Upload vertical and horizontal videos daily

• Optimize titles, keyword tags, and thumbnails

• Follow Wyta's style and video rhythm


Requirements


• Strong video editing experience

• Background in travel, hospitality, media, or luxury content

• Experience managing website content

• Solid understanding of Pinterest, Reels, Shorts, and Web Stories

• Strong English writing skills

• Creative eye for luxury visuals and storytelling

• High productivity and consistent daily output

• Reliable internet

• Comfortable working remote 10 AM to 6 PM


Performance KPIs


• Daily website sessions delivered

• Total outbound clicks from Pinterest and Web Stories

• Video completion rates and impressions

• Reels link clicks

• Daily publishing consistency

• Website accuracy and performance

• Growth of organic traffic week over week


Compensation


• Starting salary: 30K PHP per month

• Increase to 35K PHP after 3 months

• Increase to 40K PHP after 6 months

• Long term position with potential role expansion
