Job Title: Sales Development Representative – BPO & Automation Services

Overview

We are hiring a full-time Sales Development Representative based in the Philippines to support our BPO and automation services business. This role is focused on outbound lead generation, prospecting, and appointment setting with potential clients in industries such as e-commerce, logistics, SaaS, and professional services. The goal is to drive qualified discovery calls for our leadership team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and manage outbound outreach campaigns via cold email, LinkedIn, and other prospecting channels
  • Research and target qualified decision-makers across industries that benefit from BPO and automation solutions
  • Write and personalize outreach messages (with templates and guidance provided)
  • Use CRMs and outreach tools (e.g., Pipedrive, Instantly, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) to manage pipeline and track KPIs
  • Schedule qualified discovery calls for the sales leadership team
  • Follow up with leads, handle objections, and build long-term prospect relationships
  • Consistently achieve weekly KPIs (outreach volume, response rate, and booked meetings)
  • Collaborate with leadership to refine targeting, outreach strategies, and messaging

Requirements

  • 2+ years of outbound sales, business development, or lead generation experience
  • Strong preference for candidates with BPO, outsourcing, or automation services experience
  • C2-level English fluency (spoken and written)
  • Familiarity with cold outreach tools and CRMs
  • Willing to work on the US Pacific Time zone (night shift in PH)
  • Strong communication, organizational, and follow-up skills
  • Self-driven and able to work independently in a remote setup

Preferred Experience

  • Proven track record in B2B prospecting for industries such as SaaS, e-commerce, or professional services
  • Familiarity with outsourcing models and automation solutions
  • Experience with tools like GoHighLevel, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar platforms
  • Ability to track, analyze, and report sales performance metrics

Location: Philippines (Remote – Work From Home - Night Shift, US Pacific Hours)
