About the Role

We are seeking a
results-driven Business Development Manager
with a strong background in the
BPO and RPO industries
. The ideal candidate is highly skilled in
lead generation, ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) targeting, proposal creation, and client deal closures
.

As part of a growing global team, you will play a crucial role in
expanding the company's market presence
by identifying high-value opportunities, developing tailored proposals, and building lasting client relationships—all while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities within the
    BPO and RPO sectors
    .
  • Build and execute
    strategic business development and sales plans
    aligned with company goals.
  • Apply a deep understanding of the
    Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
    to identify and prioritize qualified leads.
  • Lead the
    end-to-end client acquisition process
    — from outreach and lead nurturing to proposal creation and deal closure.
  • Craft
    customized client acquisition proposals
    and
    pitch presentations
    that highlight value-driven solutions.
  • Conduct
    market research and competitive analysis
    to identify trends, potential clients, and growth areas.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with
    recruitment, marketing, and operations teams
    to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with
    decision-makers and key stakeholders
    in target organizations.
  • Prepare and present
    sales forecasts, progress reports, and performance metrics
    to management.
  • Represent the company in
    virtual networking events, online meetings, and business forums
    to enhance brand presence.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Business Administration, Marketing
    , or a related field.
  • Minimum of
    3–5 years of experience
    in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management within
    BPO/RPO industries
    .
  • Proven success in
    lead generation, ICP targeting, proposal creation, and closing client deals
    .
  • Strong understanding of
    outsourcing, recruitment, and workforce solutions
    .
  • Excellent
    communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
    .
  • Strong
    analytical and problem-solving abilities
    with a strategic mindset.
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented
    — capable of working effectively in a remote setup.
  • Willingness to work during
    UK or US business hours
    , depending on client market.
  • Must have
    own working equipment
    (laptop/desktop, stable internet connection, headset).

Preferred Skills

  • Experience handling
    international clients
    (North America, UK, Australia).
  • Proficiency in
    CRM tools
    and sales tracking systems.
  • Experience in creating
    pitch decks, client proposals, and onboarding documentation
    .
  • Established
    network within the outsourcing and staffing industries
    .
