The Employee Experience and Operations Support is responsible for creating a positive, engaging, and efficient workplace environment. This role combines HR coordination and operations support — ensuring that employees have the tools, resources, and experiences they need to perform at their best.
Responsibilities:
Employee Experience
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities, recognition programs, and company events.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure smooth employee transitions.
- Gather feedback from employees and help implement initiatives to improve workplace culture and retention.
- Assist in internal communications and culture-related campaigns.
- Coordinate wellness, learning, and development programs.
- Support HR in reinforcing company values and maintaining a positive work environment.
Operations Support
- Coordinate daily operational and administrative tasks to ensure smooth business processes.
- Manage employee performance for regularization and annual.
- Support procurement, travel arrangements, and company asset tracking.
- Assist in process improvement initiatives and documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure operational efficiency.
People Operations
- Maintain accurate employee data and HR documentation.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and company guidelines.
- Participate in HR analytics or reporting as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in HR, employee engagement, or operations support roles.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
- Creative and resourceful in driving engagement initiatives.
