Draftsman (Bathroom and Kitchen)

RSS is seeking for an experienced Draftsman to join our established team. In this role, the successful candidate will be required to work closely with clients and stakeholders.

This role is based in Clark Pampanga.

Position Summary:

As a Draftsman specializing in Bathroom and kitchen design and proficient in CAB (cabinet design software) and or sketch up, you will be pivotal in our design team, translating client requirements into precise project drawings. This role requires expertise in kitchen cabinetry and materials, construction methods, and hardware, collaborating effectively with project managers, architects, and clients to deliver exceptional design solutions from concept to fabrication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and clients to understand design requirements and project specifications.
• Create detailed drawings using CAB software for kitchens or sketch up for lay out, ensuring accuracy and adherence to design standards.
• Incorporate design modifications and client feedback into drawings as needed.
• Conduct quality checks on drawings to ensure they meet industry standards and project requirements.
• Maintain organized files and documentation for all design projects.

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience as a Draftsman or similar role with a focus on cabinetry design.
• Proficiency in using CAB (or similar) software for creating cabinetry drawings and bathrooms layouts.
• Strong understanding of cabinetry materials, construction methods, and hardware.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce accurate and clear technical drawings.
• Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Can start ASAP
