 Oversees Construction and Project Management Development Personnel

 Checks and recommends in designing and planning of new stores and improving existing designs to new concepts including dealers stores renovation and assistance to commissary building.

 Improves existing design to new concepts including dealers stores renovation and assistance to commissary building.

 Provides budget cost for the construction of new stores and old stores renovation ensuring that the proposed budget should not exceed within the budget limit.

 Responsible in recruiting contractors that would meet the required design, budget, and can deliver the required timeline for the construction of the stores including dealers.

 Responsible in visiting and checking the store in compliance with the store new design concept and structure.

 Responsible in supervising store construction and renovation including dealers.

 Make updates, schedules and timeline for store construction activities and lead in line departments in

 accomplishing schedule and timeline.

 To ensure that the team is unison with synergy in delivering above standard requirements.

 Creating designs and highly detailed drawings both by hand and by using specialist computer-aided design (CAD) applications.

 Specifying the requirements for the project.

 Adapting plans according to circumstances and resolving any problem that may arise during construction.

 Working with the Project Manager, may direct, supervise, and check activities of workers engaged in preparing drawings and specification documents for the Conceptual Design Phase, Schematic Design Phase, and/or the Detailed Design Phase of a project.

 Assist the Engineering department with other concerns that may arise

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
