Accounting Staff

Checking of Daily Product Package Sales and Inventory Reports being forwarded by the cashier.
Preparing check voucher and check payments, particularly miscellaneous expense and other expenses which is payable to cash and utility bills.
Monitoring of all utility bills, this includes unpaid balance/previous balance and its due dates.
Assist Sr. Accounting Staff in releasing of check which is payable to person and other minor supplier.
Recording/scanned/filing of Head Office and Branches Disbursements.
Preparing Cashier's cash shortages every cut-off
Perform other duties as directed by the immediate superior from time to time.
Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor/College Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Finance/ Accounting or equivalent
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
