Responsible for installing, arranging, and removing decorations for hotel events such as conferences, seasonal events, and special functions. Ensures all décor materials are handled with care, maintained in good condition, and stored properly. Coordinates with the different departments to meet event design requirements and timelines. Maintains cleanliness and order in décor storage areas and supports event setup and breakdown to ensure smooth execution.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Preferably with prior experience in event setup, decorating, or housekeeping preferred

  • Preferably has strong attention to detail and creativity in decoration setup

  • Has the ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines under time pressure

  • Has the ability to multitask and work in fast-paced environments

  • Must be a resident of Baguio City or willing to relocate

  • Must be willing to work on shifting schedules, most especially during holidays and weekends

  • Complete government numbers (SSS, TIN, Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth)

  • With complete basic requirements
