Order Management Group Manager – FMCG Industry

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Order Management Group Manager to lead our order processing and fulfillment function within the FMCG industry. This role will oversee a team responsible for ensuring accurate, timely, and efficient order execution and will collaborate cross-functionally to optimize service levels and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in inventory management or warehouse operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong ERP experience (SAP and WMS required or other inventory systems is an advantage).
  • Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
