S/he will act as a strategic consultant who understands the technical complexities of enterprise-grade software development. The successful candidate will act as the critical link between our engineering experts and client business executives, ensuring that our technical capabilities are aligned with their long-term business objectives.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth
    : Design and implement a comprehensive sales framework to drive sustainable revenue growth. This includes overseeing the full service portfolio, with primary focus on Custom Software Development, Staff Augmentation, and Cloud Consulting, while identifying new revenue streams as the market evolves.
  • Full Sales Cycle Management
    : Lead the complete technical sales cycle, including lead generation, qualification, proposal development, negotiation, and closure.
  • Market Penetration
    : Identify and capture new opportunities within the Banking, Finance, and Fintech industries, leveraging domain expertise to solve high-value business problems.
  • Consultative Selling
    : Engage C-level executives to understand digital transformation needs and position O&B's agile engineering capabilities as the solution.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    : Act as a bridge between delivery and sales teams to ensure resource alignment, utilization efficiency, and that technical proposals are accurate and viable.
  • Partnership Development
    : Develop and maximize relationships with technology partners to generate co-sell opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

-The ideal candidate must possess a strong background in
at least ONE (not all)
of the following four areas:

  • Software Development
    : Hands-on experience in the SDLC, allowing you to "speak the language" of our engineers and clients.
  • Banking
    : Proven experience working within the banking sector, understanding core banking systems, compliance, and digital banking trends.
  • Finance:
    Background in financial services, insurance, or investment management with an understanding of enterprise financial technologies.
  • Fintech:
    Experience in the fast-paced fintech ecosystem, payment gateways, or digital wallet solutions.

-Leadership Experience:
5+ years of leadership experience in B2B sales, Business Development, or Key Account Management.

-Sales Track Record:
Proven track record of selling high-ticket professional services or complex enterprise software solutions.

-Technical Understanding:
Strong understanding of enterprise technology solutions, digital transformation, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.

-Strategic Alignment:
Ability to assess technical feasibility and align solutions with client needs in collaboration with technical consultants.

-Communication & Management:
Strong people management and mentorship skills, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
