We are a dynamic, rapidly growing Operations A-Team, working from anywhere in the Philippines. This is a key role, which will lead to a promotion to a management role within 2 years. As a key member of our Operations division, you use AI to support internal and external users. You will focus on ongoing skill development to ensure consistent team success.
You understand that AI requires that you expand your skills, and you're willing to constantly learn new skills. You are not comfortable doing the same job in the past if you want to compete and escape average. AI demands that companies work more efficiently in smaller teams. This means everyone in the company is more competitive with their job roles, like a pro athlete. There's no room for average on our professional team. We're not a family. We compete to win. The company must win to have jobs.
Key Responsibilities
Support our software to decision-makers.
Learn and become the expert in our software and services, and confidently manage and support operations: Video, email, chat, phone channels.
Lead prospects through the end-to-end sales pipeline, from initial contact to completed agreements.
Organize inbound and auto-dialed outbound calls, utilizing a proven, high-converting script to warm up and qualify leads via AI.
Address questions, handle objections, and communicate persuasively in fluent, accent-neutral American English.
Transfer qualified clients to closers—no hard selling required.
Maintain accurate, real-time records of all sales activities and outcomes in the CRM.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding and prompt installation scheduling for new clients.
Recruit, coach, and lead new team members as the team expands.
Additional Responsibilities
Coordinate new leads through networking, referrals, and social media channels.
Build and nurture relationships with prospective clients, understanding needs and presenting unique value propositions.
Guide clients through each stage of the sales funnel, ensuring a seamless and professional experience.
Conduct consultative sales calls, emphasizing program benefits and business improvements.
Work closely with marketing to align campaigns and uphold brand consistency.
Customer Care - Monitor, report, and achieve ambitious sales targets using clear key metrics.
Qualifications
English Fluency: Perfect written and spoken American English with a neutral or light accent.
Sales Operations: Prior experience in B2B/email outreach and outbound sales is highly desirable.
Sales Support: Persuasive, quick-thinking, and energetic, with a confident, friendly, and authentic phone presence.
Adaptability: Willingness to continuously improve skills and adapt to AI-driven team workflows.
Technical Readiness: Reliable internet, computer/laptop, and working knowledge of CRM systems and sales funnels.
Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication, organization, and rapport-building abilities.
Self-Motivation: Goal-oriented, disciplined, and able to excel independently in a remote setting.
