Operations Quality and Compliance Manager

The Operations Quality and Compliance Manager (OQCM) is responsible for developing, planning, and directing quality activities in support of the Company's quality assurance process. He/she is also responsible in ensuring that company standards are developed and maintained with emphasis on continuous improvement.

The OQCM shall be based in Bonifacio Global City (Head Office) but are required to schedule frequent trips (as needed) to other facilities.

The Operations Quality and Compliance Manager shall be responsible for the following key items:

1. Establishment of audits for key operational processes
2. Establishment of a mechanism to document SOPs that will then be the basis of regular audits
3. Ensuring operations teams are regularly performing audits assigned to their functions
4. Performance special audits to the operations team based on a cadence or as needed
5. Championing documentation and efforts around accomplishing industry accreditations and standards
6. Compilation and monitoring audit results across the entire operations
7. Recommendations to improve adherence to quality management standards across the organization

Main Duties

1. Establishment of Audits for Key Operational Processes and Ensuring Departmental compliance to these audits

2. Establishment of audits for key operational processes

3. Establishment of a mechanism to document SOPs that will then be the basis of regular audits

4. Ensuring operations teams are regularly performing audits assigned to their function

5. Championing documentation and efforts around accomplishing industry accreditations and standards

6. Suggest key industry standards for warehouse security and safety, parcel security, high customer service and high quality delivery service that the company should adhere to

7. Marshal resources and work with other unit heads to accomplish the documentation within a prescribed time period

8. Compile and monitor audit results and provide recommendations to improve quality management throughout all operations workflows

9. Compilation and monitoring audit results across the entire operations - making sure that audit output are of the highest standards

10. Recommendations to improve adherence to quality management standards across the organization

Qualifications

Technical and Soft Skills

• Experience with Quality Management Processes (establishing and performing audits) in a manufacturing, warehouse, or logistics environment
• Interpersonal skills
• Process-driven; Organized
• Good judgment
• Experience with establishing 5S practices, QMS, Six Sigma, and Lean Manufacturing processes a plus
