What are we looking for?

Skills Required:**
• 4-5 Years in a bookkeeping role

• Accounting degree (essential)

• Experience with Australian clients

• Xero software experience

• Experience in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable

• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and email

• Willingness to learn and a positive, can-do attitude

• Great time management and attention to detail

• Able to work both independently and as part of a team

• Reliability and a genuine long-term commitment to the role

What will you do?


• Accounts Payable

• Accounts Receivable

• Data entry

• Client invoicing

• Daily bank and credit card reconciliations

• Inventory management

• Supporting senior staff

• Running reports using various software platforms
