The Collection Team Leader manages a team of collection agents to ensure that outstanding debts are recovered efficiently while maintaining strong client relationships. Their responsibilities include assessing performance, coaching, and implementing ways to increase collection rates while adhering to company policies and regulatory restrictions.

Job Description:

  • Assist and back up collectors in handling negotiations.
  • Training in Newbies Collectors.
  • Monitoring on collector's daily productivity (PTP gathered and daily reports.)
  • Harvest call recordings, if needed in complains, audit and call monitoring.

  • One on one coaching (spiels, productivity, attendance).

  • Daily checking of team cellphones conversation (calls and SMS sent)

  • Submit weekly field schedule calendar to Sherwin.
  • Daily monitoring and checking on field collector's result/itinerary before forwarding to Sherwin.
  • Make a quarterly performance appraisal of collectors.
  • Perform related duties as assigned by superior.
