1. Design, Implementation & Operational Support of Windows 2008/2012/2016/2019/2022 Servers
2. Monitoring and troubleshooting server performance. Troubleshooting system and server errors. Reviewing system error logs and user-reported errors. Analyzes, logs, tracks, and resolves software/hardware matters of significance pertaining to networking connectivity issues, servers, and applications to meet business needs
3. Performs troubleshooting to isolate and diagnose common system problems; documents system events to ensure continuous functioning. Recommends course of action and implements as approved
4. Patch management, installations of security patches, functional patches, and version upgrades to server and vSphere / ESXi environment
5. Oversee Citrix environments, including setup, configuration, and maintenance of Citrix servers and applications
6. Automate system administration tasks using PowerShell and other scripting tools
7. Plan and execute system migrations, ensuring minimal downtime and robust data integrity
8. Maintain and troubleshoot hyper-converged infrastructure (HCI) to support business operations
9. Handle server hardware installation, upgrades, and maintenance
10. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement IT solutions that meet organizational needs
11. Implement and enforce system security, patch management, and compliance standards
12. Provide timely support for escalated technical issues and participate in on-call rotations
13. Comply with employment contract terms, company policies, and directives, including potential transfers, work shifts, and flexible work arrangements, as determined by the company's discretion.

1. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
2. 5 years of relevant experience in:
3. Solid experience in Windows/Linux Servers Administration
4. Server hardware maintenance and troubleshooting
5. Networking concepts, system security practices, and ITIL frameworks
6. Virtualization technologies such as VMware, Nutanix, and Citrix
7. System migrations and upgrades
8. Hyper-converged infrastructure management
9. Problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills
10. Experience in high availability and clustered environment configuration
11. Managing and troubleshooting AD / DNS / DHCP / DFS issues
12. Windows Servers patching and troubleshooting
13. Performance tuning of ESXi hosts, Hardening, P2V, vMotion, VMware Virtual Center
14. Server builds, decommissions, Domain Controllers, VMware DRS clusters, resource management
15. Configuration and troubleshooting of iSCSI storage
16. P2V and V2V migrations
17. Knowledge of CentOS / RHEL OS platforms
18. Experience with vCenter, Site Recovery Manager, vROPS, vSAN, vRealize Log Insight, VMware vSphere
19. Control of administrator rights on VM infrastructure, VMware Converter
