Field/Sub-Agent Specialist

The Sub-Agent Specialist is the lead of the Sub-Agent network and the profitability of Pera Hub in the Sub-Agent entities and Sub-Agent locations in the assigned Region. They are responsible for ensuring the compliance of BSP and Operational requirements of their Sub-Agent Entities and Locations.

Responsibilities

• Training of Sub-Agent and Sub-Agent Front Line Associates: Products & Services, USP System usage, Visibility Standards, Selling Skills, Customer Handling Objections, and Face-to-Face Communication Skills
• Develop Sub-Agents' targets that are aligned with the achievement of Regional goals and targets.
• Develop S.M.A.R.T. targets for all assigned Sub-agent entities/locations in the Region
• Cascade the targets clearly to all Sub-Agents entities/locations
• Cascade clearly how the targets are measured.
• Cascade clearly how the achievement of the targets is rewarded.
• Initiate and implement projects and sales programs that would increase sales volume, availability, and product awareness in Sub -Agent Entities & Locations
• Cascade and alignment of sales & marketing programs, company direction, strategies, and action plans with the Sub -Agent & Sub -Agent Locations;
• Conduct regular Business Review with the assigned Sub -Agent Entities
• Conduct and submits field report evaluation and validation of assigned Sub -Agents & Locations
• Maintain a database of Sub -Agent Entities and Locations

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, in Business Administration or equivalent
• Required skill(s): business development, sales and marketing presentation, sales training, account management, and Client Acquisition.
• Minimum of two (2) years- of experience in sales preferably FMCG, reputable industrial, consumer, or direct selling firm. Current Business Development Officer for 2 years
• Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent;
• Preferably someone with a Motorcycle and a Motorcycle Driver's License;
• Willing to be assigned in Perahub Lipa Batangas as home-based (office); and
• The candidate must be willing to do fieldwork in the covered areas of Batangas and Mindoro areas

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php13, Php15,000.00 per month
