About the role

Best Group Services & Trading Corp' is seeking an experienced and dedicated Maintenance & Service Operations Manager-HVAC to join our team. In this full-time position based in Paranaque City Metro Manila, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and service operations for our HVAC systems, ensuring optimum performance and efficiency across our facilities.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage the preventive maintenance program for all HVAC equipment, including scheduling, execution, and record-keeping
  • Coordinate and oversee the work of HVAC technicians, ensuring prompt and high-quality service delivery
  • Analyse equipment performance data and identify opportunities for improvement, recommending upgrades or replacements as needed
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and environmental regulations
  • Collaborate with other departments to plan and execute HVAC-related projects
  • Manage the HVAC maintenance budget and recommend cost-saving measures
  • Provide training and guidance to the HVAC team to enhance their skills and knowledge

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience as a Maintenance & Service Operations Manager or similar role in the HVAC industry
  • Thorough understanding of HVAC systems, including installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting
  • Strong project management and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to liaise with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Familiarity with relevant safety and environmental regulations
  • Ability to work independently and lead a team effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and HVAC-related software
