Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP PP/QM Functional Consultant to support full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementation and enhancement projects. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project managers to design, customize, and optimize Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM) processes within the S/4HANA environment.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Design & Configuration

  • Lead requirement gathering, process analysis, and Fit–Gap workshops for PP and QM modules.
  • Configure PP/QM functionalities including MRP, production orders, BOM/routing, shop floor control, inspection plans, quality notifications, and quality inspection processes.
  • Perform system design, functional specifications, and integration mapping with related modules (MM, WM, PM, SD).

Implementation & Project Support

  • Support end-to-end S/4HANA implementation including blueprinting, realization, testing, deployment, and post-go-live stabilization.
  • Collaborate with ABAP developers for RICEFW objects and ensure proper documentation.
  • Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and UAT preparations.

Business Collaboration

  • Work with business users to optimize manufacturing and quality processes aligned with industry standards and S/4HANA best practices.
  • Provide functional expertise, troubleshooting, and resolution of PP/QM-related issues.

Training & Documentation

  • Prepare and deliver user training, work instructions, and knowledge transfer materials.
  • Maintain functional design documents, test scripts, and configuration documentation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, or related field.
  • 3–8+ years experience as SAP PP and/or QM Functional Consultant.
  • Hands-on experience in at least one full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementation.
  • Strong knowledge of PP processes (MRP, production planning, shop floor, capacity planning) and QM processes (inspection planning, in-process/GR inspection, quality notifications).
  • Familiarity with integrations across MM, PM, SD, and FI/CO.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams and communicate complex concepts clearly.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Fiori apps related to PP/QM.
  • Exposure to PP-DS or advanced planning tools.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
  • SAP certification in PP or QM (nice to have).

Job Type: Fixed term

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Php80, Php120,000.00 per month
