About Airmark Tour

Airmark Tour & Dev't Inc. is a Makati-based travel agency specializing in tour packages to Korea, Japan, Vietnam, Hong Kong, Dubai, Greece, and Turkiye. Accredited by the Korean Embassy for Individual and e-Group visa processing, we also provide assistance for other travel visas, ticketing, and personalized travel services.

Position Overview

The Operations Head will oversee the day-to-day activities of Airmark Tour, ensuring efficiency, quality service delivery, and compliance with industry standards. This role is responsible for managing operational workflows, supervising staff, maintaining strong relationships with partners and clients, and implementing strategies to achieve organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Oversee daily travel operations, including ticketing, tour packages, visa processing, and customer support;

  2. Develop, implement, and refine operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity;

  3. Supervise, train, and motivate staff to ensure excellent client service and team productivity;

  4. Coordinate with travel partners, airlines, embassies, and suppliers to maintain smooth business operations;

  5. Monitor budgets, expenses, and profitability of tours and services;

  6. Handle escalated customer concerns with professionalism and resolution-oriented approaches;

  7. Ensure compliance with travel industry regulations, embassy requirements, and company standards;

  8. Support the President in strategic planning and execution of business growth initiatives;

  9. Prepare regular reports on operational performance and recommend improvements.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Tourism, Management, or related field.

  2. At least 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the travel and tourism industry.

  3. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

  4. Proficiency in MS Office and travel-related systems (GDS knowledge is an advantage).

  5. Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and work under pressure.

  6. Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on service excellence.
