Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and professional Barista to deliver an exceptional coffee experience to top management, VIP clients, and executive guests. The ideal candidate combines expert coffee knowledge with polished customer service, attention to detail, and discretion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, espresso, and specialty beverages tailored to individual preferences.
  • Maintain an immaculate coffee station and ensure all equipment is clean, functional, and well-stocked.
  • Understand and recommend beverages based on executive or guest preferences.
  • Provide discreet and professional service to senior management and VIP clients.
  • Maintain inventory of coffee, milk, syrups, and other supplies, reporting shortages proactively.
  • Stay updated on coffee trends, brewing techniques, and industry best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and quality standards.
  • Assist in training junior baristas and maintaining service consistency.
  • Handle special requests with professionalism and flexibility.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Barista, preferably in premium hotels, executive lounges, or high-end cafes.
  • Deep knowledge of coffee varieties, espresso machines, grinders, and brewing techniques.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a polished, professional demeanor.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and adapt to changing executive schedules.
  • Strong attention to detail, cleanliness, and presentation.
  • Basic understanding of inventory management and ordering procedures.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php34, Php39,000.00 per month
