Live Operators are responsible for overseeing, maintaining, reporting, and monitoring live operations and coordinating with other departments.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Set up live rooms and equipments
  • Oversee live-streams and status to ensure company standards are met
  • Develop and implement strategy in order to improve all live platform
  • Monitoring, managing and updating live content such as product listings, inventory updates, campaigns, etc.
  • Inspecting consumer product reviews
  • Ensuring live set up is neat and are correctly placed

Job Requirements:

  • Knowledge in executing online promotional campaigns
  • Strong typing and comprehension skills
  • Knowledge in OBS Platform
  • Strong knowledge in technicalities of Tiktok Shop
  • Strong coordination skills
  • Self-starter mentality with the ability to manage multiple campaigns
  • Experience and knowledgeable in Tiktok Shop Seller Center
  • Willing to be assigned in BGC Headquarters

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
