About the role

This is a full-time role located in Luz Cebu City, Cebu, providing customer service support for CORPORATE VISIONS INC'. As a CSR, you will be part of the customer service team supporting non-voice local accounts based out of the Cebu IT Park site.

What you'll be doing

  • Answering incoming customer inquiries via email, chat, and other non-voice communication channels
  • Providing high-quality customer service to resolve queries and address customer needs in a timely manner
  • Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records
  • Escalating complex issues to the appropriate team members as needed
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and procedures

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the Call Centre & Customer Service industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a professional and empathetic manner
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to effectively address customer inquiries
  • Proficient in using computer systems and technology to document and track customer interactions
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and contribute to a positive work environment
  • Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in local languages is preferred
