JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Make and distribute client billing materials on a regular basis.
  • Keep thorough records of all interactions and emails with clients about past-due bills, payment arrangements, and any disputes that emerge throughout the collection process.
  • Investigate and resolve any issues or discrepancies regarding outstanding balances, collaborating closely with internal teams and clients to ensure a successful settlement.
  • Process bills accurately and timely, following corporate standards and procedures.
  • Verify billing accuracy and resolve inconsistencies by reviewing client contracts, purchase orders, and related documents.
  • Generate reports for management on accounts receivable aging, collections activities, and key issues/trends.
  • Contact consumers by phone, email, and mail to collect overdue balances and answer billing questions in a professional and timely manner.
  • Document collection activities and customer interactions in the invoicing system to ensure accuracy and compliance with record-keeping regulations.
  • Ensure proper receivables accounting by reconciling customer accounts and investigating inconsistencies.
  • Recommend process enhancements based on billing and collection data trends and patterns to improve efficiency and streamline operations.
  • Monitor BIR Form 2307.
  • Weekly collection reports.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php18, Php22,000.00 per month
