We're Hiring – HR Generalist

Location: Cubao, Quezon City

Job Type: Full-Time | On-site

About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Generalist with a strong focus on Recruitment and Talent Acquisition. This role will handle end-to-end hiring while also supporting core HR functions such as onboarding, employee relations, and HR programs. If you enjoy connecting with candidates, building talent pipelines, and supporting organizational growth, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and job offers
  • Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower needs and hiring requirements
  • Post job openings on various platforms and manage applicant tracking
  • Conduct initial interviews and assist in final selection processes
  • Facilitate onboarding and ensure smooth integration of new hires
  • Maintain and update recruitment reports, databases, and employee records
  • Assist in HR programs related to employee engagement, training, and company activities
  • Support other HR administrative and generalist functions as needed

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related field
  • Experience: 1–2 years of HR experience, with strong exposure to recruitment and hiring processes
  • Experience in high-volume or multi-position hiring is an advantage

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Effective interviewing and candidate assessment abilities
  • Organized and detail-oriented with strong time management skills
  • Able to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously
  • Analytical and results-driven, with the ability to track recruitment metrics
  • Proactive, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php19, Php20,000.00 per month
