The Process Improvement Senior Specialist identifies, analyzes, and improves process inefficiencies across the organization and its partners. The role executes process improvement initiatives, develops solutions, and tracks effectiveness through defined performance metrics. Key Responsibilities

  • Identify process gaps and inefficiencies through analysis, audits, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Execute process improvement initiatives aligned with operational and business objectives.
  • Conduct research and analysis to design practical, scalable process solutions.
  • Define and track KPIs to measure the effectiveness and sustainability of improvements.
  • Review, update, and maintain process documentation, policies, and work instructions.
  • Perform regular audits to ensure compliance, accuracy, and consistency.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to implement improvements.
  • Prepare reports and insights to support decision-making and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

Experience

  • 1–2 years of experience in process improvement, process documentation, policy management, case management, or business operations.

Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of project management principles and methodologies.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and metrics tracking.

Additional Advantages

  • Experience in ISP or managed services industry.
  • Process improvement and/or project management certifications such as QMS, BPM, or Lean Six Sigma (Yellow to Green Belt).
