Job Title: Senior Accounting Specialist

Location: Ortigas Center, Pasig City

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Senior Accounting Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in daily finance and accounting operations and be willing to work as a stay-in employee. Free accommodation will be provided.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of BS Accountancy, Management or equivalent.
  • With atleast 2-3 years of experience in General Accounting & tax Filing.
  • Proficiency in Quickbooks, MS Office or similar platforms.
  • Strong organizational skills & attention to details.
  • Detail-oriented, Trustworthy, responsible, and can work with minimal supervision.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Bookkeeping and preparation of accounting schedules of assigned client/s.
  2. Check and file all accounting documents of assigned client/s in systematic order.
  3. Writing transactions on books of accounts of client/s.
  4. Prepare financial statements and other reports as required by the assigned client/s.
  5. Prepare and file tax returns of assigned client/s and assist on the payment thereof.
  6. Prepare payroll of assigned client/s as needed.
  7. Prepare monthly premium contributions, loans, etc. of SSS, PhilHealth and Pag-Ibig of the assigned client/s and to carry out all necessary processes in line with any and all other statutory concerns/transactions/communications as needed.
  8. Perform fieldwork as needed.
  9. Maintain good communication with the assigned client/s and coordinate with the assigned client/s for any clarifications, documentation, requests, etc.
  10. Maintain a monitoring system of assigned tasks.
  11. Provide assistance in coordinating with co-employees and clients in line with preparation/mailing/delivery of documents via couriers, etc. as needed.

  12. Provide assistance in other areas of accounting work that are not covered above.
