About the Role:

Are you a data storyteller with a passion for operational efficiency? We are looking for a Workforce Management Reporting Analyst to transform raw data into the strategic insights that power our staffing decisions.

In this role, you won't just be "pulling numbers"—you will be the bridge between our HRIS systems and our frontline operations. You'll partner closely with People Partners and Clinic Managers to ensure we have the right people, in the right place, at the right time. If you thrive on building automated dashboards and finding the "why" behind the data, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Insightful Visualization
    : Build, maintain, and automate operational reports and dynamic dashboards using Excel, Power BI, and Looker.
  • Data Integrity
    : Clean, structure, and interpret large datasets to ensure every report we produce is reliable and insight-driven.
  • Strategic Forecasting
    : Partner with People Partners and Clinic Managers to forecast staffing and rostering requirements, ensuring optimal coverage.
  • System Administration
    : Support the configuration and administration of our HRIS platform (experience with Softworks is a major plus).
  • Agile Analysis
    : Deliver ad-hoc reporting and deep-dive analysis to support urgent strategic and operational initiatives.
  • Governance
    : Maintain meticulous documentation, version control, and data integrity across all reporting processes to ensure a "single source of truth."

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience
    : Minimum 3–5 years in a Workforce Management Reporting role (or similar), ideally within a high-volume BPO or clinical setting.
  • Technical Excellence
    :
    Advanced Excel:
    You should be a pro with dynamic tables, structured references, automation, and macros.
    Data Visualization
    : Strong experience with Power BI for data modeling; familiarity with Looker is highly beneficial.
  • System Knowledge
    : Hands-on HRIS administration experience. If you've used Softworks, you'll have a significant head start.
  • Analytical Mindse
    t: A proven ability to navigate large, complex, or incomplete datasets and translate them into actionable business insights.
  • Communication
    : Excellent presentation skills with the ability to explain technical data to non-technical stakeholders clearly.
  • WFM Fundamentals
    : A solid understanding of forecasting, scheduling, and performance management principles.
  • Precision
    : Meticulous attention to detail and a "quality-first" approach to data accuracy.
