Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient office operations.
  • Manage schedules, appointments, and correspondence.
  • Organize and maintain files, records, and documents.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other materials.
  • Handle office supplies and ensure workplace readiness.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners as needed.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field (preferred but not required).
  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a related role.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
  • Professional, reliable, and with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Willing to work onsite as required.
