Makati Hope Christian School urgently needs School Nurse to be part of the team

  • Assists the school physician / dentist in routine examinations and emergency treatments.
  • Facilitates the annual medical check-up of students and school personnel.
  • Coordinates with the Sports Varsity Head Coach with regards to the varsity annual check-ups.
  • Coordinates annual immunization programs for students and school personnel.
  • Coordinates pre-employment medical examination for faculty/staff applicants.
  • Takes good care of the resident students and teachers who are temporarily confined during class hours in the infirmary.
  • Gives first aid treatment with utmost care, hospitality and respect for the students.
  • Maintains clinic equipment, adequate clinic supply, and the general cleanliness of her area of responsibility.
  • Facilitates the quarterly testing of the potability of water in the school.
  • Keeps the clinic bulletin up-to-date in its information.
  • Updates and orients students, parents and personnel regarding seasonal diseases and other outbreaks and corresponding preventive measures through memoranda.
  • Stamps Clinic Visit Notice on student's notebook to inform the parents of their child's visit to the infirmary.
  • Informs parents to pick up their sick child for further medical evaluation.
  • Makes available to homeroom teachers the student's medical and dental records.
  • Keeps up-to-date clinic records of students and school personnel.
  • Accompanies and assists students who are brought to the hospital for emergency treatment, after consultation with the parents. (Under extreme circumstances and the parents are not available, the Administration will take it upon its hand to make the necessary decision).

  • Available to start immediately

Work schedule: Mondays through Fridays / 7am to 4pm with Saturday shift (alternate) 8am to 12nn
