Field Force Data Analyst

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Field Force Data Analyst to optimize field operations and sales strategies through data-driven insights. The ideal candidate will analyze store sell-out, capacity, and ISS data; evaluate HR agency performance; and generate actionable reports to enhance market share, agency efficiency, promoter productivity, and inventory management. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, proficiency in data visualization, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Analysis & Reporting:
  • Analyze store sell-out, capacity, and ISS metrics to monitor performance trends.
  • Evaluate HR agency data to assess effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain reports for retail market share, agency KPIs (expenses), promoter productivity, and inventory levels.
  • Performance Monitoring & Insights:
  • Track and visualize sellout, display, and inventory data to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Validate promoter incentives and productivity metrics for fair and accurate incentives.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration:
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and field teams to understand business needs.
  • Present data insights and recommendations through compelling visualizations and reports.
  • Data Quality & Validation:
  • Ensure data accuracy through validation and cleaning processes.
  • Automate data collection and reporting workflows where possible.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role within sales, marketing, or field force management.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
  • Experience with Python for data processing and analysis.
  • Advanced Excel functions including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, and macros.
  • Data visualization expertise using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
  • Ability to tell a compelling data story through presentations and dashboards.
  • Knowledge of retail, sales, or field force management industry metrics.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and business acumen.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively across departments.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Data Science, Business, Economics, or related fields.
  • Experience working with retail sales and distribution data.
  • Familiarity with inventory management and market share analysis.
