Importation Assistant

As an Importations Assistant, you will have the following responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate with suppliers and logistics to ensure timely arrival of shipments
- Prepare Landed Cost computation of incoming shipments for quotation and inventory receiving purposes
- Collect importation related documents such as official receipts, invoices, permits, certificates, clearances, etc., to ensure completeness of documents
- Receive, maintain, and ensure the accuracy of importation documents
- Ensure that shipping, handling, storage charges, and custom fees are accurately billed
- Resolve importations related disputes accordingly
- Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time
Requirements:
- Graduate of any courses but with preference to Supply Chain Management graduates and Industrial Engineering
- Knowledgeable in customs procedures and practices
- Proficient in computer programs such as MS Word and MS Excel
- With good oral and written communication
- With or without experience
