About the Role

We're hiring a full-time, fully remote Virtual Assistant (VA) Manager to build, lead, and scale the team that powers the personal brand and creative operations of Rico Suarez, founder of Muvr — a logistics and technology startup transforming the moving and delivery industry.

This isn't a traditional VA management role. It's about building a personal brand operations ecosystem from the ground up — recruiting, training, and managing a specialized team of VAs in creative, marketing, administrative, and growth functions.

You'll operate like a Personal Brand COO — overseeing daily execution, systems, and creative operations to ensure every part of the founder's brand machine runs smoothly, efficiently, and strategically.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and manage a team of Virtual Assistants across specialized areas, including:
    • Personal Brand Operations
    • Marketing & Creative Production
    • Partnerships & Sponsorships
    • Media, PR & Publicity
    • Digital Products & Monetization
    • Thought Leadership (Long-Form Content)
    • Website, SEO, and Email Strategy
    • Social Media (Posting, Engagement, Repurposing, "Child Accounts")
    • Content Creation (Video, Graphics, Copywriting)
  • Lead daily team huddles (PST time) to align goals, progress, and blockers.
  • Implement structure across ClickUp, Slack, and Notion/Knowledgebase for transparency and accountability.
  • Hire, train, and onboard new VAs; maintain high standards for quality, detail, and creativity.
  • Develop and maintain SOPs, dashboards, and performance reports for all personal brand operations.
  • Manage project timelines and ensure consistent content delivery across all brand platforms.
  • Partner directly with the founder to translate ideas into action across brand storytelling, campaigns, and partnerships.
  • Oversee social media strategy — ensure consistent posting, engagement, and content repurposing.
  • Track performance metrics across social, SEO, email, and partnerships, driving measurable growth.
  • Foster a creative, high-accountability team culture built on innovation, storytelling, and speed.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience managing VA teams or running a VA agency.
  • Background in creative operations, marketing project management, or personal brand management.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills — confident leading remotely.
  • Proficiency with modern tools: ClickUp, Slack, Notion, Metricool, Publer, Google Workspace, and ChatGPT.
  • Strong balance between operational efficiency and creative strategy.
  • Comfortable building systems while driving creative execution and team engagement.
  • Must work during PST hours to align with founder and team activity.
