  • Support Project Governance: Assist in establishing and maintaining project management standards, methodologies, and best practices across the organization.
  • Track Project Performance: Monitor project timelines, budgets, deliverables, and milestones to ensure alignment with defined objectives.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and deliver regular status reports, dashboards, and project documentation for senior management and stakeholders.
  • Risk and Issue Management: Identify project risks and issues, maintain logs, and support mitigation and escalation processes as needed.
  • Resource and Capacity Planning: Assist in tracking resource allocation and utilization across multiple projects to support planning and prioritization.
  • Support Project Managers: Provide administrative and analytical support to project managers, including scheduling meetings, maintaining project plans, and tracking progress.
  • Maintain PMO Tools and Systems: Ensure project data is accurately maintained in project management systems (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Smartsheet, etc.).
  • Ensure Compliance: Monitor adherence to internal project governance frameworks, policies, and quality standards.
  • Financial Tracking: Assist with tracking project budgets, forecasts, and expenditures, ensuring accurate financial reporting.
  • Change Management Support: Assist in documenting and tracking change requests and impact assessments.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for improving PMO processes and contribute to the development of new tools or templates.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Coordinate communications between teams, project managers, and stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment.
