Job Qualifications

  • Graduate of Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
  • 1–2 years experience in data analysis, project support, or admin reporting (fresh grads are welcome with OJT/Internship Experience).
  • Proficient in MS Excel – Pivot, VLOOKUP, Macros, etc. and data presentation.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Willing to be trained and grow into a Techno-Functional Project Manager role.
  • Note: Full Onsite - Diliman, Quezon City

About the Role :

  • Support the IT PMO team in handling project data, reports, and documentation.
  • Gather and analyze requirements from project teams and clients to improve processes.
  • Prepare and maintain Excel-based dashboards and reports using Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and Macros.
  • Assist in tracking project progress, deliverables, and resource updates.
  • Help design and document workflow and process improvements.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
  • Provide administrative and analytical support to project managers and consultants.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php30, Php35,000.00 per month
