Job Summary

As our Digital Campaigns Manager, you'll work closely with stakeholders to plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across digital advertising and performance marketing channels. You'll be the strategic bridge between marketing initiatives and client business goals — ensuring measurable success from concept to execution.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies for digital ads and SEM, managing budgets and setting KPIs.
  • Oversee campaigns on platforms such as Google, LinkedIn, Microsoft, 6sense, and more.
  • Monitor, analyze, and optimize performance using data-driven insights (SEM, digital ads, bid management, A/B testing, content planning).
  • Collaborate with writers, designers, developers, and data teams to achieve campaign goals.
  • Mentor specialists and associates, ensuring best practices in campaign execution.
  • Identify and resolve campaign issues, streamline workflows, and enhance scalability.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of digital marketing experience, with expertise in campaign management and optimization on platforms like Google Ads, HubSpot, LinkedIn, GA4, etc.
  • Proficient in advertising platforms and performance analytics — able to translate ROAS, CTR, CPA, and CPC into actionable strategies.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
  • Leadership experience with the ability to mentor a team.
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Digital Marketing, or related field (advantage).
  • Strong English communication skills and experience working with cross-functional teams.
  • Willing to work hybrid (2x/week onsite) in Pasig City on a night shift schedule (8PM–5AM PST).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php64, Php80,000.00 per month
