Duties and Responsibilities:
Inventory Management: Monitor and analyze inventory levels to ensure optimal stock of products and marketing materials, minimizing excess inventory and storage costs.
Demand Forecasting: Use historical data and market trends to forecast demand, ensuring the right amount of stock is ordered.
Procurement Coordination (Local & Import): Collaborate with suppliers and the procurement team to ensure timely and cost-effective ordering of products & promo materials, both locally and for import.
Regulatory Compliance: Work with the importation and regulatory departments to ensure inventory complies with Bureau of Customs (BOC) rules.
Relationship Management: Maintain communication with authorized personnels regarding procurement to forecasting to track delivery schedules, resolve issues, and ensure timely product arrival.
Sales & Marketing Support: Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to ensure product availability, manage stock for promotions, and meet sales targets.
Inventory Audits: Conduct regular inventory counts and audits to verify accuracy between physical stock and recorded data.
Administrative Support: Assist the Animal Health department with administrative tasks such as documentation, data entry, and coordination.
Qualifications:
Education/Certification : Degree in Business, Office Administration, or any related field
Job Knowledge/Skills Required:
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze inventory data, trends, and sales forecasts to optimize stock levels and ensure timely availability of products.
Communication Skills: Strong ability to collaborate with the importation, regulatory departments, and sales & marketing team to ensure smooth operations and compliance with regulations.
Supply Chain Knowledge: Understanding of procurement, logistics, and inventory management processes to effectively manage the flow of goods and optimize stock levels.
Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy in inventory tracking, reporting, and compliance with Bureau of Customs (BOC) rules to avoid discrepancies and regulatory issue
Proficiency in MS Office, especially in excel
