RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

Treasury Management

Ø Monitor daily cash balances and forecast short-term liquidity needs

Ø Manage bank accounts, fund transfers and payment approvals

Ø Maintain relationships with banking partners and financial institutions

Ø Optimize working capital and cash flow strategies

Ø Ensure compliance with treasury policies and procedures

Finance Operations

ØOversee accounts payable and receivable processes

ØEnsure timely and accurate transaction processing and reconciliations

ØSupport month-end and year-end closing activities

ØCollaborate with internal teams to resolve finance-related issues

ØMaintain accurate financial records and documentation

Audit and Compliance

ØPrepare documentation and schedules for internal and external audits

ØCoordinate with auditors and respond to audit queries

ØEnsure adherence to internal controls and financial policies

ØIdentify gaps and recommend improvements to strengthen compliance

ØSupport regulatory reporting and statutory requirements

Reporting and Analysis

ØPrepare cash flow reports, treasury dashboards, and variance analyses

ØProvide insights on liquidity, funding needs, and operational efficiency

Process Improvement and Systems

ØLead initiatives to automate and streamline finance operations

ØEvaluate and implement treasury management systems or tools

Ad Hocs

ØParticipate in cross-functional projects related to finance operations, such as system migrations or policy updates

ØStay updated on industry trends and best practices in financial operations
