Job Summary:

The Treasury Manager – Bank and Financing is responsible for managing banking relationships, optimizing financing structures, and overseeing foreign exchange (FX) risk management. This role plays a critical part in ensuring liquidity, supporting strategic financing initiatives, and mitigating financial risks. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in banking operations, debt instruments, and FX markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Banking & Financing:

-Manage global banking relationships and negotiate terms, fees, and services

-Oversee credit facilities, loan agreements, and covenant compliance

-Support capital raising initiatives including debt issuance and refinancing

-Evaluate and recommend financing options to support business growth

  • FX Risk Management:

-Monitor FX exposures and develop hedging strategies to mitigate currency risk

-Execute FX trades and manage derivative instruments (e.g., forwards, options)

-Collaborate with accounting to ensure accurate FX gain/loss reporting

  • Treasury Operations:

-Support the daily cash management and liquidity planning across entities

-Develop and maintain short- and long-term cash flow forecasts

-Ensure compliance with treasury policies, internal controls, and regulatory requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) preferred
  • CPA or CFA is a plus
  • 5–8 years of experience in corporate treasury, banking, or financial risk management
  • Proven experience in managing bank relationships and financing structures
  • Strong background in FX markets and hedging strategies
  • Familiarity with treasury systems and ERP integration
  • Advanced Excel and financial modeling
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
