Position: Laboratory Analyst

We are seeking a Laboratory Analyst to support the company's testing and quality monitoring activities. This role ensures accuracy in laboratory analysis, reliability in results, and compliance with safety standards to support production decisions and product quality. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail oriented, and capable of working in a fast paced laboratory environment.

• Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Biology, Microbiology, Biotechnology, Chemistry, Food Technology, Applied Physics, Agriculture, or any related field
• Relevant laboratory certificates or licenses are an advantage
• Knowledgeable in parasitology, microbiology, serology, and molecular testing
• Strong analytical ability, problem solving skills, attention to detail, and sound decision making
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Good communication skills and capable of clearly explaining technical findings

• Conduct routine laboratory tests such as parasitology, microbiology, serology, and molecular assays
• Analyze sample results and prepare accurate laboratory reports and documentation
• Ensure proper handling, maintenance, and calibration of laboratory equipment
• Observe safety protocols and good laboratory practices during testing procedures
• Coordinate with production or quality teams regarding test results, findings, and recommendations
