Responsible for checking the completeness of all information stated in the delivery documents.

  1. Document Management

  2. Receive, check, and file purchase order requests against the transmittal slip coming from Head Office and/or branch.

  3. Retrieve a copy of purchase order and check completeness of information stated on the original PO.
  4. Counter sign on the acknowledged delivery receipt/sales invoice from supplier.
  5. Process document as to the changes made by the Receiving Checker.
  6. Prepare the transmittal slip for the processed documents (PO/SI/cancelled POS) to Head Office/Branch Accounting.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of any 4 year course (with or without experience) OR Atleast College level, with related experience
  • Preferably with experience in Receiving & Dispatching or any similar roles
  • Must have good body built and can lift heavy furniture
  • Amenable to work in SM CDO Downtown.
