About the Program: The ASG Developer Residency Program is a two-year, fully funded, stipend-supported training-to-hire pathway for aspiring software developers in the Philippines. Residents will undergo structured, hands-on training that bridges the gap between learning and professional software development — preparing them for long-term employment opportunities within ASG. This program is ideal for self-taught or formally trained developers who are ready to fully commit to professional growth in a fast-paced, mentor-supported environment. Residents will work closely with ASG’s engineering team to gain direct experience in: - Building, debugging, and optimizing real-world applications - Collaborating in remote development environments using modern tools and workflows - Applying automation and AI-assisted development techniques - Participating in code reviews, stand-ups, and project sprints - Developing production-level systems using React, Node.js, and other technologies Successful participants will be considered for full-time developer positions at ASG upon completion of the program. Qualifications: - Applicants must meet the following minimum requirements: - Filipino citizen, currently based in the Philippines - Strong coding foundation (academic or self-taught) - Understanding of programming fundamentals and clean code principles - Familiarity with JavaScript, React, or Node.js preferred - Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills - Reliable personal computer and internet connection - Available to work full-time during U.S. hours (night shift PH time) - No other employment, freelance, or school commitments during the program - Growth mindset, discipline, and teamwork orientation Program Benefits and Compensation: - Monthly stipend of ₱32,000–₱35,000, with increases based on performance - After Year 1: --- HMO coverage --- Paid time off (PTO) --- Allowances --- Eligibility for ASG stock options - Full-time employment opportunities at ASG for top-performing residents --- Compensation of ₱100,000+ monthly with full benefits and equity participation Application Process 1.
