Position Summary

The Senior Digital Manager – Strategy & Insights will serve as the organization's data-driven strategist, translating internal and external data into actionable marketing strategies across the resort and all customer touchpoints. This role is integral in identifying growth opportunities, shaping campaign direction, and ensuring digital initiatives are aligned with business goals. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in data science, analytics, consumer insights, and digital strategy, with the ability to influence stakeholders and guide decision-making at both strategic and tactical levels.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Overall Job Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of data-informed digital strategies that drive acquisition, retention, and loyalty across the resort ecosystem.
  • Translate performance metrics, market research, and competitor analysis into actionable insights that inform campaigns and business decisions.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (Brand Marketing, Marketing Services, Digital, PR, Entertainment, F&B, etc.) to ensure campaigns are aligned with both customer needs and business objectives.
  • Provide strategic leadership to marketing teams by embedding insights into execution and fostering a culture of testing, learning, and optimization.

Key Competencies Needed / Relevant Skills

  • Expertise in data analytics, marketing measurement, and consumer insights.
  • Strong command of digital tools: GA4, DV360, Meta Ads Manager, Tableau/Power BI, CRM & loyalty analytics.
  • Ability to distill complex data into clear, actionable insights for both executives and execution teams.
  • Strong storytelling skills to present strategies and recommendations persuasively.
  • Deep understanding of integrated resort dynamics (casino, hotel, F&B, entertainment) and how digital influences each vertical.
  • Strategic thinker with a bias for action; comfortable balancing long-term vision with short-term execution needs.
