Job Title: Quantity Surveyor

Location: Main Office – Culiat, Congressional Extension, Quezon City

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

The Quantity Surveyor (QS) is responsible for managing construction costs and contracts. The role involves cost estimation, budgeting, evaluation of works, and ensuring that projects are completed within approved budgets while maintaining quality and compliance with contractual requirements.

Job Descriptions:

  • Prepare Quantity Take-Offs based on approved plans and specifications
  • Prepare Cost Estimates, Budgets, and BOQ / BOM
  • Monitor and control Project Costs and Variations
  • Prepare and evaluate Progress Billings and Payment Claims
  • Assist in Contract Administration and cost reporting
  • Evaluate change orders and additional works
  • Coordinate with Engineers, Purchasing, and Site Team regarding materials and costs
  • Track actual costs vs. budgeted costs and prepare cost analysis reports
  • Assist in final account preparation and project close-out
  • Ensure compliance with contract terms and company cost control procedures
  • Conduct site visits to verify quantities and work progress
  • Ensure compliance with contract terms, company standards, and project timelines
  • Prepare cost reports and financial updates for management
  • Perform other tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
  • Licensed Civil Engineer
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in construction cost control or estimation
  • Preferably residing near the office
  • Has cost estimation and analytical skills
  • Proficient and Familiar in MS Excel, AutoCAD, Materials Survey, Material Code, and Quantity take-off.
  • Good understanding of construction methods and materials
  • Excellent numerical accuracy and attention to detail
  • Has communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Good time management and organizational skills
  • Team player with the ability to work independently

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php22,000.00 per month
