About the Job

Core Duties

• Team Leadership: Leading and motivating technical teams, fostering collaboration, and delegating tasks.
• Project Planning and Management: Defining project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
• Resource Management: Overseeing the allocation of resources (personnel, budget, equipment) effectively.
• Risk Management: Identifying potential risks, developing mitigation strategies, and managing issues.
• Communication: Maintaining clear communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress.
• Technical: Assisting with the technical aspects of the project, evaluating proposals, and ensuring technical feasibility.
• Quality Assurance: Ensuring projects meet quality standards and comply with relevant regulations.
• Budget Management: Creating and managing project budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring cost-effectiveness.
• Stakeholder Management: Engaging with stakeholders, managing expectations, and resolving conflicts.
• Identifying opportunities to improve technical processes, procedures and workflows.
• Measuring and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) of the technical services department.
• Maintaining and organizing various technical documents such as service reports, project files, compliance records, and job-related documents
• Uses the companies "CMMS" system "Sertica" for all transactions and related compliance
• Adhering to relevant regulations, standards, and company policies.

Administrative Tasks

• Preparing and presenting performance reports for management review
• Budget monitoring, cost and consumption of materials and spare parts
• Handles "Sertica" departmental tasks, processes and compliance

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree / Science in Management or related field required

• Preferably with 5 or more years' experience in project-management roles.

• Strong team leadership skills and knowledge of relevant methodologies.

• Experience in project management, scope preparation, deliverables and objectives

• Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), and other relevant software tools

• Proficiency in project management software and tools

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations.

• Excellent communication, organization, and planning skills to proactively manage project scope, identify potential risks, and devise contingency plans.
