Designation/ Role: Compliance Executive

Department: Information Security and Compliance

Work Timing: 9 hour/day; 5 days a week flexible shift timing between 9 am to 9 pm. Should be ready to work as per US shift timings as and when needed.

Qualifications: Graduate (any stream)

Keywords: ISO 9001:2015 (QMS), ISO 27001:2013 (ISMS), HIPAA, SOC 2 Type II

Skills & Experience


• Mandatory

o Knowledge of latest ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 standards

o Internal auditing experience of ISO standards (ISO 9k and 27k)

o Knowledge of HIPAA compliance

o Good written and oral communication skills

o 3+years of relevant experience in the same field.


• Desired

a. Certified Lead Auditor for ISMS and QMS

b. Knowledge of Risk Assessment and Management

c. Knowledge of SOC 2 Type 2 audit

Job Summary:

Compliance executive will be a part of the core compliance team and will help drive, manage, implement, and evaluate the certification and compliance standards ISO 9001, ISO 27001, HIPAA and SOC2.

Duties and responsibilities:


• Participate in Compliance annual audit programs both internal and external for ISO, HIPAA & SOC etc.


• Develop and review company policies and procedures, handle training programs and monitoring compliance related matters


• Ensure corrective actions are adequate and have been implemented for all identified compliance deficiencies.


• Promote awareness related to information privacy and security and enforce compliance across enterprise


• Help Implement and manage compliance program effectively.


• Report CISO/management about the status of compliance in the organization through detailed reports.


• Create, manage, and track effective action plans in response to audit observations and compliance violations.


• Perform regularly audits to identify possible weaknesses or risks to company's information security.


• Assess organization's processes to determine the compliance risk and formulate necessary risk mitigation plans.


• Ensure all employees are aware about their compliance responsibilities.
