Role Overview:

We are looking for a Financial Analyst to support our FP&A, financial transformation, and data analytics teams. This role involves working with large datasets, preparing reports, aligning financial and KPI data, and supporting management with financial and data-driven projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process, analyze, and validate large financial datasets for reporting and integration.
  • Prepare monthly KPI and operating metric reports.
  • Coordinate with system/data teams to align financial and KPI data.
  • Support financial and process improvement initiatives, including automation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • 1–4 years of experience in finance or accounting.
  • Advanced Excel skills; strong experience handling large datasets.
  • Familiarity with accounting systems (NetSuite, Oracle, QuickBooks) and analytics tools (Power BI, Sigma).
  • Experience in process improvement and automation.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday, 9pm to 6am PHT
