Job Summary
The Utility and Maintenance Staff is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, orderliness, and minor repairs within the workplace or facility. This role ensures that the environment is safe, clean, and conducive to work operations by carrying out regular cleaning and basic maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and waste disposal in offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas.
  • Maintain cleanliness in designated outdoor areas and building perimeters.
  • Conduct basic maintenance work such as replacing light bulbs, repairing leaks, and minor plumbing or carpentry tasks.
  • Report any major repair needs or hazards to the HR and Admin Manager.
  • Assist in setting up venues for events, meetings, or special activities (e.g., arranging chairs, tables, etc.).
  • Monitor and replenish cleaning and janitorial supplies.
  • Follow health and safety standards and company procedures.
  • Support in moving or transporting equipment and supplies when needed.
  • Perform other duties as may be assigned from time to time.


Requirements Requirements:
  • High school graduate or equivalent; vocational training is a plus.
  • At least 1 year of experience in janitorial, custodial, or maintenance work.
  • Knowledge of basic cleaning chemicals and safety procedures.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
  • Physically fit and capable of lifting or moving heavy items.
  • Trustworthy, responsible, and detail-oriented.
