Team Ridemax Philippines is seeking a dedicated Utility Staff to join our growing team in Quezon City, Metro Manila. As a Utility Staff, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment for our employees and customers. This is a full-time position that offers competitive compensation and opportunities for growth within our dynamic organization.

What you'll be doing

  • Perform general cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing all designated areas
  • Stock and maintain cleaning supplies and equipment
  • Ensure the proper disposal of waste and recycling
  • Assist with setting up and breaking down event spaces as needed
  • Respond promptly to any maintenance or cleaning requests
  • Collaborate with the team to identify and implement process improvements
  • Maintain a high level of attention to detail and commitment to quality work

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in a similar cleaning or utility role, preferably within the Trades & Services industry
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work environment
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends, as needed
