OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE

We're looking for a
Data Analyst
to support our finance data migration efforts, especially around vendor and accounts payable information. This role will focus on preparing, validating, and uploading data using Excel templates and other internal tools. If you have experience working with large datasets and ensuring data accuracy, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Extract
    vendor data, invoices, and payment history
    from SAP source systems using provided automation tools.
  • Understand and navigate
    SAP financial/payables tables and data structures
    .
  • Collaborate with
    SAP functional teams
    to define proper selection criteria and ensure data accuracy.
  • Map extracted data to the correct fields in the
    Oracle FBDI Excel templates
    .
  • Perform
    pre-load data validation
    , ensuring data is complete, clean, and aligned to Oracle requirements.
  • Load transformed data into
    Oracle Fusion
    using
    Enterprise Scheduler Service (ESS) Jobs
    .
  • Conduct
    post-load validations
    to reconcile Oracle Fusion data with SAP source records.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot any data load errors or inconsistencies, providing root-cause analysis.
  • Maintain documentation for migration logic, mappings, and validation rules.
  • Ensure ongoing data integrity and completeness across systems.

Qualifications:

  • At least 2–3 years of experience as a
    Data Analyst
    , preferably in ERP or finance-related environments.
  • Solid understanding of
    SAP tables
    and structures relevant to
    Accounts Payable and Medical Payables
    .
  • Experience with
    Oracle Fusion Financials
    , especially using
    FBDI templates
    and
    ESS Job submissions
    .
  • Strong
    Excel
    skills for formatting, mapping, and transforming data.
  • Ability to perform detailed
    data validation and reconciliation
    between systems.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to data integrity.
  • Able to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
